Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

Please note that certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases

Non-Returnable Items

Additional items that cannot be returned include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Select health and personal care items

To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by us
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to post.
  3. Contact your bank, as there may be processing delays.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please visit our Contact Us page.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

To return a product, please visit our Contact Us page. The new product will be shipped within 14 days after receiving the returned item.

Please note:

  • You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
  • Depending on your location, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • If returning a more expensive item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
